The banner is a picture I took at Chartres Cathedral in June 2005. I have an extensive library of Chartres pictures both inside at out; I favor this one as a kind of logo because of the one lonely candle that just can’t seem to respect gravity.

Concerning my use of your content:

The comic I’m using as my manifesto on the About page is from the webcomic xkcd. If you haven’t seen them, go and see. Everything comic amazes me from their very first to their most recent.

Any photographs I use from budding photographer Jennifer Skinner are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported License.

Concerning comments (including Theme Thursday submissions):

The only right I assume from you posting a comment is that I am able to host your work on this blog for non-commercial purposes with attribution. You keep all other rights. My assumption is so low-level it’s not even worthy of a license.

I do have plans to attempt to monetize this site once the boulder rolls a little further down hill, but at this point there are NO ASSUMPTIONS OF COMMERCIAL RIGHTS. I will contact authors on an individual basis for all commercial purposes.
